Billing & Payments

The Trust offers multiple options for billing and payments. 

Pay Online

We accept online payments by check, bank transfer and or any major credit card.  You will need your customer/policy number and zip code.

To pay online go to www.wctrust.com and locate the “Quick Links” section.  Click on the “Pay Bill Online or by Phone” link.

The automated phone system is available to make payments anytime, 24/7.  You will need your customer/policy number and zip code and your banking information or major credit card.

Pay As You Go Program

The Trust offer its members the option of paying their policy premium by either direct bill or through the “Pay As You Go” program which allows for premium payments to be made as payroll is incurred. 

Our direct bill payment program has no installment fees and there are multiple types of payment schedules available. Policies will be issued on a direct bill basis unless the broker indicates that the insured wants to use the “Pay As You Go” option. 


The “Pay As You Go” program option is currently available through SmartPay Solutions, LLC which will accept automatic reporting of payrolls from these Onboarded Payroll Vendors or the insured can elect to self-report payrolls each pay period.

SmartPay:  If the Pay As You Go program is selected at the time of binding, a two-week deposit paid to Workers’ Compensation Trust is required.  SmartPay will send the member a registration email directly.  The email will contain the link to SmartPay’s website with instructions to complete the registration process for "Pay As You Go".
