This program will highlight the key legislative, regulatory, and court decisions that have or will impact Connecticut employers who are regulated by and/or receive funding from DDS, DHMAS, DSS, DCP, and the Federal and Connecticut Departments of Labor. This includes the comprehensive audits and investigations being conducted by the Federal and State Department of Labor, DSS, DDS, and DCP. The program will also highlight events of the past year that have led to closer scrutiny of provider agencies such as skilled homecare, companion, and DDS agencies, among others.
