The National Safety Council estimates more than 46,000 people were killed in motor vehicle crashes in 2022. Compared to pre-pandemic 2019, the mileage death rate in 2022 increased by almost 22%. Our roadways are more dangerous than they have been in 17 years and continue to pose one of the biggest risks we face each day, whether we are driving, riding or simply walking across the street. Participants will learn about risky driving behaviors and techniques to stay safe in these challenging conditions.
