This course will review all six sections of the standard workers' compensation policy. Case studies will depict the types of losses under Statutory Section One coverage and Employers Liability coverage.
Issues associated with assigned risk policy audits and writing this policy for outside the state of Connecticut will provide the broker with understanding possible gaps in coverage.
Endorsements to the policy will be reviewed and the exposures to be covered. Scopes manual, classification and various financial plans will be reviewed.
This course will also include cost containment and loss control measures.
