Did you know that many employees are afraid to report threats of violence to their employer? Created specifically for any member that has employees working in home care or in the community, this webinar will discuss components of the Workplace Violence Prevention Program that organizations need to keep their employees safe.  The Bureau of Labor Statistics notes that 76% of all workplace violence in private industry occurs in the Healthcare and Social Assistance Business Sector.  Additionally, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration notes that working alone, in community-based settings, at night or in the early morning hours puts employees at much greater risk.
