Bob joined the Trust in July 1996. Bob has over sixteen years experience in the field, starting his career in the New London area handling workers’ compensation claims for large self-insured accounts. In 2001, Bob was promoted from Senior Claims Representative / Hearing Officer to Claims Manager. Bob supervises a unit dedicated to serving self-insured employers, including municipalities

Bob holds an Associate in Claims Designation and is currently pursuing a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter’s Designation.
