Manager, Claims Administration
Kathleen joined the Trust in 2003. Her responsibilities include the planning, organizing and management of claims administration operations for one of three claims units within the Trust. Ms. Crisman provides technical advice and guidance to claims adjusters, while overseeing and managing files to ensure appropriate and expeditious resolution of claims.
Kathy has been a licensed claims adjuster since 1980, beginning her career with Zurich North America. Prior to taking on the responsibility of Claims Manager, Kathy handled self-insured TPA accounts for large employers and municipalities including the Town of Wallingford. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Southern Connecticut State University. In addition, Kathy has extensive hearing experience.
