Donna D. Brasley, FCAS

Vice President, Finance

Donna joined the Trust in April 2007. She is responsible for the Trust's financial reporting, and works closely with the Trust's audit, investment, and tax consultants to achieve the best results for the Trust.

Donna is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and has over twenty years of actuarial and financial experience in commercial insurance, primarily focused on workers' compensation and alternative markets.

 Her most recent position prior to joining the Trust was assistant vice president with The Hartford, where she held various positions including claim department analytics, captives, and pricing the workers' compensation line of business. Prior to joining The Hartford she was a consulting actuary, with many clients similar to the Trust. Earlier in her career she worked for EBI, a workers' compensation specialty carrier. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Central Connecticut State University.
