Danielle has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry.  She began her insurance career in 1988 at General Accident Insurance, where she handled multi-line claims before specializing in workers’ compensation claims.  She joined the Trust in 2003 as a Senior Claims Representative, was promoted to Claims Supervisor in 2024 and to Claims Manager in 2026.

Danielle holds an Associate in Claims (AIC) and a Workers Compensation Claims Professional (WCP) designations.
