Welcome to the Workers' Compensation Trust

This webinar is essential for all new members of the Trust as well as anyone in the organization who has new responsibilities for claims and/or safety.  The Trust has many resources and services available specifically for our members to prevent and reduce injuries and lower the costs of workers’ compensation injuries. 

This program will provide a brief overview of loss control, claims, Trust TeleCare, managed care and return to work.  You will be introduced to our “team” who will lead you through some of the resources the Trust has to offer and how by partnering with the Trust is a “win-win” for all. 


Learning Outcomes:

Loss Control Services - Carol Fronczek, ARM, Vice President, Loss Control Services
Carol will provide information on a variety of free loss control resources the Trust offers including various methods of training, safety program development and additional benefits the Trust offers our members.

Claims Administration - Kathy Crisman, AIC, CMSP, Claims Manager
Kathy will provide an overview of what to do when an employee is injured including how to report a claim, the claim process and care management. 

Trust TeleCare & Managed Care Program - Brian S. Downs,  AIC, Vice President, Quality & Provider Relations
Brian will review Trust TeleCare, a valuable free resource for Trust members. TeleCare is tele-triage, which will    assist your injured worker while at the workplace to assess the situation and help to determine treatment options. In addition, Brian will provide information on the Trust’s managed care program; the requirements for the program, what is included and how this benefits our members.  Also how after hours treatment works and our pharmacy network. 

Return to Work - Robb Wright, OTR/L, RTW Specialist/Managed Care Manager
Robb will provide information to help members understand the role of the RTW Specialist, the components of an   effective program and how to maximize success for your RTW program. 


New Trust members or personnel who are new to their position of handling workers’ compensation claims or employee safety.
