To aid our members in completing the OSHA 300 log, the Trust has developed a new report which can be found at WCTrust.com. Once you have accessed Report Center, there is a report titled “Claims Data for OSHA Reporting 2023”. In the next few weeks, 2024 data will be available as well. This will be updated at the end of each month. If you do not have access to Report Center, you can register on our website by clicking here. For instructions on how to register, please click here.
Please note that OSHA has mandated that the employer is responsible for completing the log(s) with accurate information that meets the Recordkeeping Standard 29 CFR Part 1904. Our report does not necessarily contain all the information needed to complete your OSHA 300 log; however, it provides all the information that we have in our database and can be used to support the information that you have gathered within your own organization.
For specific instructions on how to properly record entries on your 300 log and to obtain the fillable forms, go to CONN-OSHA Recordkeeping by clicking here.
The Trust will also be running OSHA Recordkeeping education programs on March 12th and June 20th. Please click on the links to learn more or to register for class.
