Trust Sends Guide to OSHA's Electronic Illness and Injury to All Members and Self-Insured Clients

Effective January 1, 2017 OSHA issued a final rule which revised its requirements for recording and submitting records of workplace injuries and illnesses to require that some of the recorded information be submitted to OSHA electronically for posting on the OSHA website.

To assist our members and self-insured clients with the requirements for this new rule, the Trust has put together a "Guide to OSHA's Electronic Illness and Injury Reporting Requirements" kit which was sent to all members and self-insured clients on August 9, 2017.
