Please note that OSHA has mandated that the employer is responsible for completing the log(s) with accurate information that meets the Recordkeeping Standard 29 CFR Part 1904. Our report does not necessarily contain all the information needed to complete your OSHA 300 log; however, it provides all the information that we have in our database and can be used to support the information that you have gathered within your own organization.
