This program will highlight key legislative, regulatory and court decisions that have or will impact Connecticut employers who are regulated by and/or receive funding from DDS, DHMAS, DSS, DCP and the Federal and Connecticut Departments of Labor. This includes legal updates on the comprehensive audits and investigations being conducted by the Federal and State Departments of Labor, DSS, DDS and DCP. The program will also highlight events of the past year that have lead to closer scrutiny of such provider agencies such as skilled homecare, companion and DDS agencies, among others.
