Attorney Heidi Lane, Connecticut Department of Labor. Attorney Lane will discuss Connecticut’s new paid and unpaid FMLA laws, one year after implementation, including employer and employee rights and obligations. She will also discuss the interplay of the leave laws and provide insight into how to avoid a FMLA complaint filed with the Connecticut Department of Labor.
