This class is essential for all new Trust members as well as anyone in the organization who is new to responsibilities for claims and/or safety. The Trust has several proven resources and services designed specifically for our members to reduce employee injuries, lower workers’ compensation insurance costs, and to understand and implement OSHA compliant programs. Attendees will learn how the Trust manages workers’ compensation claims for better outcomes and the vital role our members play in the process. You will learn the value of utilizing a comprehensive managed care network and resources the Trust has available to assist with transitional duty/return to work.

Learn about Trust TeleCare, nurse triage for injured workers, the significance of a 30C and a basic understanding of the Workers’ Compensation process to assist with better outcomes for injured employees.

Learn about the benefits of Managed Care, how to access providers within the network and how the Trust works with providers for improved results. Also learn about Trust TeleCare, telephonic nurse triage to manage work related injuries.
Return to Work - Robb Wright, OTR/L, Return To Work Specialist/Managed Care Manager, Workers' Compensation Trust
Understand the role of the Trust’s Return to Work Specialist who works with our members on effective programs to keep injured employees at work in a safe and productive position.
