Taught by Trust personnel, this Train-the-Trainer seminar will provide participants with the information and training you will need to properly evaluate both desktop and mobile/portable workstations. Participants will have an opportunity to try out/sample equipment from our preferred vendor, INSALCO, conduct hands-on workstation risk assessments and apply solutions that help reduce employee exposures.

Learning Outcomes:

• Understand “ergonomics” and musculoskeletal (MSD) injuries
• Learn the ergonomic factors that lead to employee injuries
• Understand the benefits of ergonomic controls
• Learn how to implement ergonomic controls

Audience: 

Anyone responsible for employee safety within their organization, especially those interested in learning more about desktop and mobile/portable workstation ergonomic principles and best practices. Human Resources, IT and Purchasing will benefit from attending this class.
