Bill Florin is a Vice President with Learning Dynamics. He has over 20 years of diverse experience as a Human Resources Director and Sales Manager, including assignments with Target, Best Buy and Kohl’s.
As a Human Resources Director and Sales Manager, he has trained groups on topics including talent
management, performance coaching, sales leadership, customer service, diversity, and legal compliance
issues.

Bill attended the University of Pittsburgh and holds a BS in Business Management from the University of
Phoenix. He is working towards a master’s in organizational leadership with a concentration in coaching and mentoring from Regent University. Active in the community, Bill is a trainer and coach with TBICO (The Bridge to Independence and Career Opportunities).
