Cheryl Grayson
Senior Learning Consultant, Learning Dynamics

Cheryl brings to her consulting work more than 25 years of practical experience with expertise in organizational change, leadership development, and executive coaching. Over the years she has created change management training strategies and implementation, led diversity and inclusion blended learning programs, and intervened in team dynamics with the goal of enhancing interpersonal relationships to foster collaboration. 
Cheryl worked at Cigna in a Human Resources function where she managed 30 remote facilitators to successfully train over 2,000 mid – senior level leaders. She worked at Bayer where she led change management training strategies and provided executive coaching development and planning. Cheryl recently was a Director for the Learning and Organizational Development department at Medtronic where she created custom programs after targeting core competencies for employee development. 
Cheryl is an expert on learning, training, and development. She has proven leadership across multiple organizations and utilized her expertise to impact each business. She completed her BA in English Literature at Brown University.
