In today’s ever-changing workforce, it is good business for organizations to recognize and value the diversity of staff, whether the diversity stems from ethnicity, gender, multigenerational or simply diversity of perspective. This “Diversity Without Adversity” webinar taught by Cheryl Grayson of Learning Dynamics, raises managers’ and employees’ diversity awareness and helps them understand that diversity helps create an organizational culture that maximizes the potential of the workforce. Using engaging exercises, the webinar leads individuals to recognize their personal biases and the impact of these biases on interactions with both co-workers and clients.
