Connecticut's Paid Family Leave: What You Need to Know

This webinar will address what you need to know and should have in place by or before January 1, 2022 when employees begin taking the paid leave. This program will address the basic obligations of Connecticut Paid Family Leave, unique situations where an employee is collecting workers’ compensation or disability benefits, the policies or rules you should have to minimize abuse of this leave, as well as the rights you have to ensure the employee properly initially qualifies for the leave as well as continuation under the leave.
