Calvin has over 25 years’ experience in employee relations, training and executive coaching. He has designed and delivered training programs in such areas as diversity, presentation skills, business ethics, sexual harassment, communication, workplace violence awareness, and customer service.  He has also coached executives, managers and individual contributors in improving their presentation skills.  He has worked with clients in the banking, insurance, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, utility, and retail industries. 

Calvin holds a B.S. degree in Human Services from New Hampshire College.  He has competed in Toastmasters International’s “World Championship of Public Speaking,” winning second place and a spot in the Toastmasters Hall of Fame.  Calvin is also an adjunct professor with Post University and Briarwood College.  Additionally, Calvin is Vice President of the Connecticut Commission for the Advancement of Diversity, a member of the American Association of Blacks in Energy, and a graduate of Leadership Greater Hartford.
