The Trust provides consultation to members through the Risk Management Department under the direction of Carol Fronczek, Director, Loss Control Services.
Our OSHA Precompliance Consultant will conduct pre-OSHA safety and health assessment surveys. The primary focus is placed on employee health and safety training and work environment issues as they relate to Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations. Potential and existing workplace hazards are addressed and these issues are pointed out to responsible management so that they can effect corrections. Training sessions for client employees, employers are also available regarding OSHA regulations, inspections and procedures. A review of client OSHA 300 injury/illness forms and other required employee training programs can be provided.
