This program was designed to assist member organizations to understand and to develop their own OSHA Lock Out/Tag Out Program. Since each organization has to develop their own customized program depending upon the type of equipment they have at their facility, the program is presented in general terms. The program consists of a brief explanation of this OSHA requirement followed by a 20-minute video. An optional quiz is provided at the conclusion. Program time is approximately 45 minutes and is encouraged viewing for maintenance, housekeeping, dietary and laundry personnel and their managers.
